Failure Analysis Engineer
identify the root cause and corrective action based on analysis of field failures. Three years performing failure analysis on complex, multilayered microprocessor-based products. FDGA and CPLD components.

Operations Manager
Oversee the shop floor, supply chain and all related activities for a $17 million business. 3 direct reports and 20 assemblers that hand assemble and test electronic controls. 7 years’ production management, including forecasting and scheduling. Experience with high reliability Embedded Engineered product manufacturing set-up, automated test stations with data base interface, and PCB rework/troubleshooting.

Quality Manager
Responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of the quality management system (TS16949). Manage the department, serve as the quality management rep, develop and implement key metrics. Manage CAPA, continuous improvement, all auditing, and MRB programs. Experience in stamping, plating, molding and/or TS16949. Prior management of the quality department.

Manufacturing Engineer - medical startup
Opportunity to join a highflying startup with a revenue stream that is about to introduce a new, revolutionary product. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and equipment. BS + 5+ years of medical device manufacturing related experience. FDA QSR 21 CFR 820 / ISO13485

Manufacturing Engineer
Device fabrication, testing, and recommendations for yield improvement and cost reduction. Solving device-related problems and issues throughout the value stream. Process optimization, scrap reduction, disposition and associated corrective actions. BS + five years is a fab process engineer.

Quality Assurance Manager
Assure all manufacturing products meet customer specifications. Oversee test lab, all inspection, reliability, QMS, ISO. BS + 10 years of quality management experience. Quality standards and ISO and SPC. Background and fabrication, and electromechanical assembly is ideal.

Manager of EHS
Provide hands on oversight of all safety and environmental activities at this manufacturing facility. BS + 10+ years relevant EHS experience working in a large and complex manufacturing environment. OSHA, EPA, Machining, Haz Mat. Imressive #’s- impressive recordable incident rate, etc.

Quality Program Manager
Provide project leadership, drive the awareness to relevant standards company wide, monitor procedure adherence, and oversee outside dealings important to QMS compliance. Manage corrective action cycle. Lead QMS reviews audits and training. B, 5+ years managing QMS projects, ISO 2015.

Electroplating Engineer
Interact with manufacturing, materials, and procurement to determine plans for plating requirements and workflow, determine specs on new equipment, identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Conduct electroplating experiments to satisfy customer requirements. BS + electroplating expertise and environmental compliance.

Director of Operations
Reporting to CEO. Oversee 30 person electronics FAT manufacturing operation. Oversee in-house and subcontracted manufacturing, NPI process, and implement lean. BS and 7+ yrs hands-on, on the floor, managing a similar size electronics production operation. LEAN guru.

Manufacturing Manager
Lead 150+ team members. The actions necessary to drive on time delivery, product quality, lean and cost reductions throughout the factory. BS + Recent 5+ years directly managing a large, mechanical assembly or machining based production operation. Must have two or more of the following: machining or welding / brazing or mechanical assembly or AS9100.

Quality Engineer
Assume full responsibility for all aspects of product quality and serve as the representative for all customer issues related to the product. Identifying and addressing product non conformances. BS + machining, welding, brazing, assembly based manufacturing, lean, six sigma and 6S.

Operations Manager
Manage a 3-shift sheet metal operation with 100 employees through expansion. Drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, develop and implement PM and asset optimization programs. Extensive CNC / sheet metal expertise, experience managing a large sheet metal fabrication shop floor.

New Product Supply Chain Engineer
Senior position responsible for sourcing raw materials, negotiation of supply agreements and ensuring timely availability of materials for new product introductions. Medical company, FDA not required. BS technical degree, five years and supply chain management, ERP experience advanced Excel skills. Comprehensive knowledge of NPI.

Quality Engineer
Responsible for coordinating and resolving quality related issues as they arise on the manufacturing floor. Overseeing inspection, facilitate corrective action. Report findings and recommendations . Experience in TS 16949 and or Aerospace.
