Vice President of Operations

This advanced electromechanical systems Company is relatively early in its development with approximately 100 employees and several platforms approaching product launch. The Vice President will transition new products into initial production and then full ramp up. BS in Engineering + start-up or small emerging advanced electromechanical systems technology company + significant manufacturing management experience in mechanical systems procurement, vendor management, manufacturing engineering, component/final assembly, test, quality, and logistics.

Product Development & Manufacturing Engineer

This position requires an experienced engineer who can deliver practical, hands-on engineering expertise implementing structured and documented methodology to product development and support the manufacturing team through Continuous Improvement and Lean implementation. BSME + recent and either comprehensive hands-on mechanical manufacturing engineering or mechanical product development, preferably both.

Director of Quality

Director of Quality for 2 business units with sales totaling 500M+. Mandate: ensure that cost, quality and delivery goals are achieved. BS in an Engineering; Recent expertise setting up systems and running worldwide supplier quality for a substantial size company that turnkeys product; Significant experience in metal fabrication / welding; Knowledge of ASME, ASTM and AWS standards.

Outsourcing Supply Chain Manager

The mandate for this position is to develop a Virtual Plant model for outsourcing/ subcontracting efficiently. You will manage the subcontracting function by establishing an organization capable of managing these activities through to a steady state phase. The position will support all global business units. BS+ extensive prior experience setting up and managing the outsourcing strategy for a large complex corporation.

Director of Operations

This is a growing, highly profitable, fast paced 75M instrumentation division of a Fortune 500. This Director will manage production, manufacturing engineering, quality and the entire supply chain. Client is aggressively pursuing LEAN. Recent 5 years experience leading 200+ person manufacturing and international supply chain operation; Six sigma or LEAN background.

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Provides Manufacturing Engineering support in an outsource Manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include driving process optimization, quality and efficiency Goals. 10+ years experience in high end computing, networking or storage manufacturing and Test with solid knowledge in Manufacturing and Test of complex Systems.

Quality Engineer

Provide all aspects of product and process quality management, work with suppliers, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and engineering to facilitate and manage compliance to all quality requirements. BS + experience as a quality engineer with complex capital equipment, applying statistical tools, process FMEAs and root cause problem solving.

Manufacturing Engineer

This Engineer is responsible for sustaining existing processes and developing new processes. This is a senior position requiring a hands-on, self sufficient engineer. Strong experience supporting the Manufacturing and Test of complex Systems. A BS + proven ability to address process issues to improve yield.
